New England Cobble and Stone

Privacy

This page describes what happens to the details you send through our consultation form.

The business that receives your request is New England Cobble and Stone.

What the form collects

The form asks for your name, phone number, email address and town, the type of work, and a message about your project. You can also choose a timeline.

Before the form is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person and not an automated program.

Where it goes

Your request is sent to us by email, using an email service called Resend.

A copy is also stored in a database run on Supabase. New requests can be added to it, but the website can't read from it.

Access to the database is limited to the agency that runs this site, which uses it to check that no request was lost and to count requests.

We don't store your IP address. We store a salted hash of it instead.

If the website's server runs into an error, a report goes to Sentry, an error monitoring service.

These reports are set up to leave out what you type into the form, your IP address, and your browser's cookies and request headers.

How long it's kept

Requests in the database are deleted automatically after 24 months.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel.
